I was born in Dublin, Ireland — in a place where air carried weight, memory, and time. My parents had moved there from America long before I understood what that meant.

My father worked at a whiskey distillery — not as a master, not as a name anyone remembered, but as a man who showed up every day and did the work. Quietly. Consistently.

When I was a child, I followed him there.

Warm oak. Fermented grain. Sweet, dark, almost burning air. The silence of barrels. The weight of time.

That place stayed with me.

My mother raised us — four sisters and me — with a discipline that never needed to be spoken. My father worked. My mother held everything together. Somewhere in between, I found myself spending more and more time at the distillery.

In many ways, I grew up there.

The beginning of precision

When we returned to America, I already knew that scent was not just smell — it was structure, memory, identity. Years later, I completed my formal training in perfumery in Paris.

I knew exactly who I was going to become.

Behind the curtain

I began working with established perfume houses — quietly, without a name, without visibility. Italian. French. Some of the most respected in the industry. I still work with them today.

I build compositions. I design olfactory structures. I shape fragrance identities.

But I cannot name them. That is the nature of the work.

The moment of creation

There comes a point when precision is no longer enough. You stop working for others. And you begin to build something of your own.

The work continues

I am currently developing my first creation — not as a product, but as a statement.

It has been in development for months. And it will be ready only when it deserves to exist.
