Buy Irishman is currently in development. Products displayed on this Site, including Pineapple Whiskey and any related editions, are not currently available for immediate purchase unless expressly stated otherwise.

At this time, we do not collect payment for standard reservations. A reservation request does not create a confirmed order, purchase contract, allocation, or guarantee of delivery. Reservations are expressions of interest only.

Estimated release timing may be approximately three to four months from the date of reservation, but all timelines are estimates only and may change without notice.

Buy Irishman may describe certain releases as limited, numbered, first batch, private reserve, or collector editions. Unless expressly confirmed in writing at the time of purchase, production quantities, release dates, bottle numbers, packaging, pricing, concentration, and availability may be modified at our discretion.

References to “1000 bottles” describe the intended first public release plan for Pineapple Whiskey. Buy Irishman reserves the right to produce additional bottles, future batches, alternate editions, reformulations, or expanded releases if demand, production capacity, business needs, or creative direction require it.

Bottles numbered 1 through 10 are intended to remain a separate Private Reserve allocation. These bottles may include special presentation, signature treatment, unique formulation details, or artistic variations not included in the standard release.

Buy Irishman currently intends for the first ten Private Reserve bottles to remain limited in quantity. Pricing, allocation, approval, availability, and final specifications are subject to Buy Irishman’s sole discretion.

All completed purchases, deposits, private reserve allocations, custom orders, signed bottles, numbered bottles, limited releases, collector editions, and fragrance products are final sale and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Because fragrance is personal, subjective, limited, and sensitive to handling, we do not guarantee that a product will match any individual expectation, preference, interpretation, or description.

No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, chargebacks, or returns will be accepted after payment is completed, except where required by law or expressly agreed by Buy Irishman in writing.

All fragrance descriptions, including references to whiskey, pineapple, smoke, oak, leather, moss, amber, resin, freshness, longevity, projection, or emotional character, are artistic and sensory descriptions only.

Scent perception varies by skin chemistry, environment, storage, application, and personal interpretation. Buy Irishman does not guarantee identical performance, longevity, projection, or sensory experience for every customer.

Alexander Duval is presented as part of the creative identity, artistic direction, and brand narrative of Buy Irishman.

Certain biographical, historical, cultural, or storytelling elements appearing on the Site may be stylized, fictionalized, private, incomplete, or used for artistic brand presentation. Buy Irishman reserves the right to protect private information relating to its creative direction, contributors, perfumers, collaborators, suppliers, and internal development process.

Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as a guarantee that any specific individual, biography, location, professional history, training, collaboration, or third-party relationship can be independently verified unless expressly stated in a formal written statement by Buy Irishman.

Buy Irishman does not intend to mislead customers. Brand storytelling, artistic language, fragrance descriptions, edition names, and house narratives are used to communicate mood, identity, creative vision, and luxury positioning.

Customers should rely only on the specific commercial terms shown at checkout or in written confirmation from Buy Irishman.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Buy Irishman reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, omissions, pricing mistakes, availability mistakes, or product description mistakes, including after a reservation or order is submitted.

If an error affects a paid order, Buy Irishman may cancel the order and issue any refund required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buy Irishman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any product. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the jurisdiction of Buy Irishman’s registered office, except where mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
